# What Is Echelon? Your AI-Powered Operations Platform

Echelon is an AI-powered command center that handles your CRM and business operations without requiring you to scale your team. At its core, Echelon gives you three interconnected systems: an AI Manager that coordinates everything, AI Employees that execute the work, and an AI Coding Agent that builds the tools your business needs. You manage all three from a single dashboard.

## Channels and plans

Echelon supports **email** on all plans. **WhatsApp** and **SMS** are available on Growth and Scale plans. The number of AI Employees, custom tools, and team seats you can create depends on your plan.
